Bill the Badger is a rainy-day delight, always prepared for the London weather with his stylish green umbrella. Created for the 'London Calling' collection, this limited-run brooch has been hand-assembled from marbled black, grey and green resins and complete with etched and painted detailing.

When he's not nestled in a cozy corner of Bethel Green Library, this bookish badger strolls the streets of the East End rain, hail or shine.

Each piece is made from laser-cut and layered resin, hand assembled, hand painted and released in limited quantities. As all Erstwilder designs are lovingly glued, assembled and painted by hand, there can be very slight variations and blemishes from piece to piece. Due to the hand-mixed nature of the resins in our designs, it is also common and normal to find tiny flecks or bubbles in the resin layers. All in all, this just makes each piece as special and unique as you are.

Brooch clasps are made with a 100% stainless steel pin and plated brass screws. Earrings hooks are made from high quality, hypoallergenic stainless steel. Earring posts are made from high quality, hypoallergenic stainless steel or silver-plated brass. Please note, components change over time and may be made with other materials. Care

Please be aware that resin is akin to ceramic and glass and therefore may be damaged if dropped or knocked. Due to the use of high quality silver-plating in our brooch clasps, tarnishing and oxidisation can occur, producing a black and gold discolouration. As with all silver products, you can simply restore it using a silver cloth. Keep your Erstwilder companion neatly tucked away in this box when not being worn, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, water, and excessive sunlight and you’ll have a trusted friend for years to come.
