Orders placed between Wednesay 21st January to Tuesday 3rd February will be dispatched from Wednesday 4th February 2026.

18/11/25: Postal Services to the United States have resumed and now include additional tariff rates calculated at checkout.

As of February 2022 we relocated from Geelong, Victoria to Guyra, NSW.  Most items listed online will be dispatched from rural NSW, Australia.

Shipping rate includes postage & handling.

Shipping rates in AU dollars:

Australia up to 0.5kg:
Standard Shipping $12
Express Post $15
Higher rates apply for orders over 0.5kg

Free standard shipping on orders over $150 Australia wide

International up to 0.5kg:

Note: Buyer is responsible for any custom duty fee that might be charged from delivery.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days unless otherwise advised. 

Please make sure all your details are correct when placing an order. Once your order is placed we will endeavor to have it packed and ready for dispatch as soon as possible. As soon as processing begins we may not be able to make any changes to your order. If important you can contact us by email at info@venusflytrap.com.au and quote your order number. Please note we cannot guarantee your request will be received in time.

In some cases (for example in the event of a brands launch day) we may be able to combine shipping on request provided your orders are placed within 8 hours and neither orders have already been packed and shipped.
The ‘Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide’ offer is valid for orders of more than AU $150 in one transaction only. Any refunds will only be placed on combined orders of any shipping fees paid on the second order. 

We may choose to combine shipping on multiple orders if orders are placed within a few hours or days.
